Dimple creation surgery is performed as a daycare procedure under local anaesthesia and takes about 20 mins per side. The exact points on the cheek for dimple creation are marked. A small gap is created in your cheek muscles, and dissolvable stitches are placed underneath the skin to create the dimples.
